Why Do I Need An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ?

From September 2007 it has become a legal requirement that every 3 bedroomed property and above has to have an EPC as part of the House Iinformation Pack(HIP)

What Does It Involve?

We make the process simple and straightforward for you. Once you have contacted us and made payment, we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire to give us the relevant information we need to carry out the EPC. An Assessor will then visit the property or properties and carry out the assessment. Once this has been completed, you will  then access to your report and your certificate via the internet.

How Long Will It Take?

This depends largely on the size of the property but generally speaking an average 3 or 4 bedroom property should take no longer than an hour to assess. The report and certificate will generally be available to you within 24 hours thereafter.

What Will It Cost

£99+ vat payable on booking of the EPC
